PRE-STAGING
We hire and oversee the work of professional cleaners; painters; handymen and skilled tradesmen to perform repairs and upgrades such as painting, new doorknobs, lighting fixtures and refinishing hardwood floors. This phase may be necessary to prepare your home for the staging process. We will also arrange a moving van and storage unit for the safekeeping of your home furnishings if needed.
Design Fee:$1.25 per sq. ft.
Contractor and rental fees billed separately.
Exterior project quotes are also available.
STAGING
We remove clutter; organize and perform minor touch ups. We will edit and/or add and rearrange any of the owner's items which will be included in the staging development. We will choose and oversee the order and delivery of all rental items such as furnishings and accessories or shop as needed. Wall art and window treatments are hung, and accessories such as linens, pillows, books and fresh flowers are placed to show your home at its very best to potential buyers! Photographs are provided for Client's marketing efforts.
Design Fees range from $250 to $450 per room
Storage, movers and rentals are billed separately
ONE DAY MAKEOVER
This package is perfect for the home that needs organizing, decluttering, editing and rearrangement of existing furnishings and accessories. This is an appropriate package for people who are selling and will continue to live in the house. We can often accommodate last minute evaluations and next day transformations for clients with time constraints such as an upcoming open house or other event.
Fresh flowers and photographs are included to market your event.
Design Fee: $800
REDESIGN
Whether you would like a fresh new look or simply need direction with decorating your new space, this one is for you. We will help you choose wall paint colors, shop for furnishings and take care of details such as fixtures and accessories.
We will help you create a space that you will be happy to come home to!
Design Fees range from $175 to $300 per room
DIY HOME STAGING REPORT
For clients who want to 'do it themselves', we offer this unique package. The DIY Home Staging Report includes a paint palette for each room, pre-staging checklist addressing specific areas that need to be repaired and painted, step-by-step project outline and our Exclusive Vendor List of affordable and reputable sub-contractors who can help you see your staging through to completion. It specifies exactly where furnishings and accessories should be placed. In addition, a shopping list of specific items to purchase is included along with price estimates and where to purchase. We also include a rental list of specific items to rent for the staging such as furniture, appliances, electronics and accessories.
Design Fee: $400
