It is an advantage for both the realtor and the seller because homes that are staged prior to listing have proven to sell 50% faster and at higher prices than unstaged homes.
By offering your sellers one of our staging services as part of the listing agreement, you can be assured that the home will be presented at its best to maximize its value. Our goal is to save realtors and homeowners time and money by getting it sold fast! The cost of staging is always less than your first price reduction.
Terms for Realtors
Option 1: Realtor and seller split the 50% deposit due for our design fee for any of our packages (25% each). At the closing, the homeowner pays the remaining 50% balance due of the design fee (deferred up to 6 months).
Option 2: Realtor pays the 50% deposit due for our design fee for any of our packages and the 50% balance is due when the house sells (up to 6 months deferred payment). At the closing, either the seller or the realtor pays the 50% balance due of the design fee (deferred up to 6 months).
Option 3: Realtor pays the 50% deposit due for our design fee for any of our packages and the seller pays the accessories budget (and sub-contractors if necessary). At the closing, the seller reimburses the realtor for the 50% deposit payment made and also pays the 50% balance due of the design fee (deferred up to 6 months).
